Order Placement
Giving instructions regarding how and when to buy or sell securities.

委托
提出何时买入和卖出股票的要求。

Market Order

An order to buy or sell at the best available price in the market.

市价委托
根据市场上最优的价格买入或卖出股票的客户委托。

Limit Order
Specifies the minimum price a seller is willing to take or the maximum price a buyer is willing to pay.

限价委托
确定卖方愿意出售和买方愿意购买的最低价格。

Stop Order
An order which becomes a market or a limit order when a specified price is reached.

停损委托
当市价达到停损价格时即成为市价委托或限价委托的委托方式。

Time Order
Specifies what portion of an order must be filled and when in order for it to be accepted by the customer.

限时委托
确定必须实现委托中的哪一部分以及何时实现以便客户接受的一种客户委托方式。

Day Order
An order which expires if not filled on the day it is placed.

当日委托
如果在发出指令日没有实现即告作废的委托。

Bid
The price that a market maker or specialist on an exchange is willing to pay for a security. Also means to offer to buy.

买价
证券交易所的市场创造者或专业交易员愿意买入某一证券的价格。也指购买要约。

Offer
The price at which a market maker or specialist on an exchange is willing to sell a security. Also means to offer to sell.

卖价
证券交易所的市场创造者或专业交易员愿意卖出某一证券的价格。也指出售要约。
